Who: Shirley Muir leads The MediaBank’s team of veteran journalists, videographers, web developers, issue managers and strategic planners.

What: We help our clients develop meaningful content for their audiences by discerning, developing and distributing their news. Our services include creating long-term communication strategies; conducting communication audits; creating digital tools for clients to broadcast their own news; hosting traditional press conferences for mainstream media and more.
 
Where: The MediaBank is headquartered in Manitoba, Canada and has clients across Canada.

When:  We launched The MediaBank in 2005 and haven’t sat still since.

Why: Our clients hire us because they want the benefits of experienced communicators without having to hire an expert full time.  In some cases those are small organizations with no communications staff or plans, in other cases it’s large companies that have a full complement of staff and need support in one specific area or for one specific project.

How: Typically we start by meeting with a new client and assessing what they need and how we can help. If we’re not the right fit then we’re always pleased to connect you with the right contactor.
